Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with corporate and high-value clients
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with client needs and company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and exceptional client experiences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and performance reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A masters degree is an added advantage
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large corporate accounts and high-end organizations
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development, sales and client relations
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
