VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ GRANT THORNTON POSITION: AUDIT ASSOCIATES Location: Blantyre or Lilongwe OVERVIEW Grant Thornton in Malawi is a member firm of Grant Thornton International operating in more than 150 countries employing more than 75,000 people in those jurisdictions.Grant Thornton in Malawi operating through its Blantyre and Lilongwe offices, provides Assurance, Tax and Advisory services to clients in various industries.As a result of significant increase in volume of work with the on-going expansion program, the Firm has vacancies that have arisen at Audit Associates level.Applicants are expected to be holders of first degree, preferably Accountancy or Internal Auditing. Past experience is not a prerequisite as they will be expected to undergo rigorous training on the Firm's Methodology among others.It is expected that the applicants must demonstrate analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
