We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager to support the Accounts Manager in ensuring accurate financial records, effective reporting and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate and manage daily transactions in the Odoo system.Ensure accurate posting of sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journals.Perform bank reconciliations and clear outstanding items.Reconcile and monitor debtors and follow up overdue accounts.Review and clear suspense accounts.Reconcile stock and investigate system/physical stock differences.Prepare debtors, creditors, bank and other Odoo reports.Check data accuracy and correct posting errors.Support and guide Odoo users on proper system usage.Assist with month-end closing and provide information for audits.Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls.APPLY NOWSend your CV and a cover letter to:martin.nankumba@mountmerugroup.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.CLOSING DATE: 18.09.26
