Requirements
Required: experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems; experience providing customer service in a dynamic environment; at least one year supporting Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems (or equivalent experience). Candidates must be able to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for shifts of up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach. Amazon lists relevant technical certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Linux, Microsoft hardware and AWS, as preferred.
