All Round House Managers (Living Arrangement - Live ins)

Job description

Core Responsibilities  
Cleaning and Sanitization

• Maintain overall facility cleanliness and hygiene, including sweeping, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows.
  
• Disinfect surfaces, equipment, and furniture.
  
• Manage waste by emptying trash bins, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper disposal according to safety and hygienic standards.
  

Laundry Services

• Manage full laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding all linens, towels, and other fabrics used in the facility.
  

Kitchen Maintenance and Food Preparation

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Follow proper storage and labeling procedures for food items.
  
• Prepare refreshments (such as tea and snacks) according to established guidelines.
  

Organizing and Restocking

• Organize and maintain stock levels of all supplies, including cleaning agents, toiletries, and kitchen items (e.g., tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and snacks)
  
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with appropriate personnel for replenishment when additional supplies are needed.
  

Safety and Hygiene Adherence

• Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Follow infection control protocols, use appropriate cleaning agents, and wear personal protection equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  

General Support and Communication

• Provide support services, such as delivering materials or equipment between different areas.
  
• Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding any specific cleaning or maintenance needs.
  

Requirements
Age Range :Candidates between ages 26-35
Living Arrangement :Live ins who tend to move faster
Education :Form 4 leavers, College graduates or even University graduates are welcome
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience
