## Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field; 3–5 years in Level 2 technical support or a comparable hands-on IT role; knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, ticketing systems, and VoIP support.
