## Job Description

WaterAid Uganda is recruiting a Head of Business Development and Partnerships in Kampala on a full-time, fixed renewable contract. Reporting to the Country Director, the post leads funding strategy, donor mapping, proposal and bid development, partnership building, and contract negotiations to support water, sanitation and hygiene work. ## Requirements

Degree in project or programme management, social sciences, development studies, business administration, public health or equivalent professional experience; a master’s degree is an advantage. At least seven years of donor fundraising and fund-management experience, with a record of work with major institutional, corporate or philanthropic donors.
