WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – RAB PROCESSORS LIMITEDPosted by Mvungi Job MasterEmployer: Rab Processors LimitedLocation: Lilongwe Branch, MalawiClosing Date: 7 November 2026Application Email: crahm@rabmw.comAbout the PositionRab Processors Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Warehouse Supervisor at its Lilongwe Branch.The successful candidate will supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure efficient stock handling.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff.Oversee the receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of inventory.Ensure accurate stock control and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.Monitor stock movements and maintain proper inventory records.Optimise warehouse space utilisation and operational efficiency.Enforce warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards.Coordinate with logistics, production and procurement teams.Monitor staff performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications and RequirementsApplicants should have:A minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).At least two years of warehouse supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics.Good leadership, team management and decision-making skills.Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit an application letter, an updated CV and copies of relevant certificates.Address the application to:The Assistant Human Resources ManagerRab Processors LimitedP.O.
