Key Responsibilities
for Warehouse Manager Jobs in Lusaka Lead and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 30 to 40 staff members. Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective allocation of tasks. Maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, and accountability throughout the warehouse. Oversee accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to maintain inventory integrity. Monitor stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting. Enforce health and safety protocols consistently to provide a safe working environment. Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse personnel to enhance team performance. Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory capacity. Strong leadership
skills
characterized by natural authority and confidence. Hands-on management style, willing to work alongside the team when necessary. Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and trustworthiness. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
