Role Overview: Warehouse Assistant Positions Available
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse. This full-time position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Assistant Jobs in Kitwe
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
- Accurately issue goods according to company procedures.
- Maintain and update inventory records and documentation of stock movements.
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid practicing license from the relevant professional body, where applicable.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
