Hands-on Factory based role in a busy Label Rewinding environment. The Administrator will be the link between the warehouse floor and the admin department, ensuring stock, paperwork and records are accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilitiesMaintain accurate stock records and update the inventory system dailyManage incoming and outgoing stock, including picking slips, dispatch notes, and proof-of-delivery (POD) documents.Perform regular stock countsLiaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal staffKeep the warehouse office and filing system organised and compliant with our ISO 9001 procedures.Assist with nonconformance and returns documentation, including damaged or rejected stock.Provide various administrative duties, including data entry, emails, labels and reports as required.Skills required:
MatricSolid, hands on experience gained in a factory environment, ideally print/packaging/label manufacturing sectorsPrevious experience in:Inventory/stock control and all related administrative dutiesKnowledge of ISO 9001Administration: Oversee daily production paperwork, and manage general factory administration and documentation.ISO compliance assistanceOperations and data entryMS OfficeOwn transport, valid license
