## Requirements

Hospitality diploma or relevant degree at NQF level 6 or above. At least five years of senior management experience in a four- or five-star hotel, with leadership across multiple departments. Knowledge of front office, reservations, night audit, guest experience, commercial management and financial performance. Experience with Opera Cloud and guest-feedback/reporting tools.
