## Job Description

Sales Jobs. Treasure Communication Jobs. Van Sales Representative achieving sales, distribution and activation targets and managing field visits and reporting, requiring a diploma or degree in Business, Sales or Marketing, minimum 2 years sales or field team supervision experience and a valid driving licence, in an FMCG environment, on-site role.

### Key Responsibilities

- Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets

- Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)

- Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region

- Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams

- Enforce company policies and operational standards

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision

- Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and problem-solving ability

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel, mobile apps)

- Willing to travel extensively within assigned region

- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.

- Must have a valid driving Licence If interested,
