Van Sales Representative promoting and selling products at customer locations and managing sales records and collections, requiring a degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing and 2 years proven FMCG van sales or direct sales experience, in an FMCG environment, on-site role in Nyeri.

To promote and sell our company products at customer locations, identify sales leads in the area allocated, keep track of sales records and timely collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand volume, value, visibility and distribution.
• Partner with wholesalers to execute market plans.
• Protect market share and drive growth.
• Achieve call-rate and execution standards.
• Maximize sales through regional journey plans.
• Manage trade relationships and complaints.
• Ensure timely reporting and collections.
• Safeguard company assets.
• Follow company processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/ Diploma in sales/marketing or any other related course.
• Proven experience of 2 years in the FMCG sales/Van sales and direct sales.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge on accounting/reconciliation skills.
• Good reporting skills.
