## Job Description

NGO Jobs, OAF Jobs. Responsible for sourcing crops from farmers, building supplier relationships, coordinating produce collection, monitoring crop quality, tracking volumes, and supporting market access activities. Requires a relevant qualification in agriculture, agribusiness, supply chain management, business, or a related field. The position is based in Sagana and requires fieldwork.

About the Role

- This role provides critical day-to-day coordination for the Crop Sourcing Team. This role ensures smooth operational execution in their respective value chains by managing sourcing calendars, tracking KPIs, and generating performance reports. The Specialist helps align field and office-based teams with tools, schedules, and data insights that keep aggregation activities on track.

### Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily/weekly sourcing trackers and dashboards

- Monitor performance vs. seasonal targets and flag potential bottlenecks

- Support planning and rollout of aggregation timelines and logistics coordination

- Prepare reports, summaries, and visual dashboards for leadership and field teams

- Coordinate execution resources (forms, tools, logs) for sourcing teams

- Serve as the bridge between strategy and field execution through real-time insights

- Design and pilot loyalty or incentive schemes to boost farmer retention and supply volumes.

- Ensure compliance with the set quality thresholds 

- Identify gaps in farmer engagement and recommend targeted support interventions.

- Design and maintain the TA-facing aggregation toolkits, briefing materials and quality routines

- Build trackers, tools and reports crop-agnostic by design, so teams and portfolios can move across value chains without rework.

- Manage Coordinators, Supervisors and the crop sourcing team below them.

- Crop production: Practical understanding of tree crops and value chain productivity levers

- Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements affecting smallholder farmers and agribusiness operations.
