This role is concerned with customising the TPS strategy aligned to Country to grow the franchise in changing environments. It is focused on enabling client centricity within known sectors. Teams reporting to this role are adaptable in variable conditions where the role is responsible for managing a mix of skills and teams. Qualifications Type of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: Business Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.Experience RequiredGeneral Management TxBTransaction Banking3-4 yearsA demonstrated ability to manage budgeting and financial processes Previous experience managing a successful low complexity country would be an advantage.Maintain a network of key stakeholders to enable sales and servicing of clients. A Proven ability to lead teams across the multitude of products and focus areas.3-4 yearsDetailed understanding of Local regulatory requirements.
