Our purpose is to deliver financial solutions to our clients by effectively utilizing the best human capital and information technology.Role summaryThe Transaction Analyst role will support the Investment Banking Manager in providing capital raising. mergers and acquisitions advisory services, valuations, and other corporate finance services to governments, corporations, and institutions. The role involves contributing to transaction teams by understanding deal flow and structuring, assisting senior bankers with financial analysis and modelling, conducting industry research, and participating in due diligence processes.
