## Job Description

TopFloor seeks a Junior Associate in Human Capital Consulting and Development to support its Lusaka team. The role covers recruitment and selection, client relationships, HR consulting, training and team-building services. The associate will help design learning activities, coordinate events, evaluate training, research HR practices, prepare client documents and manage candidate screening and interviews.
