Growth and Partnerships Associate – TopFloor, Lusaka

Job description

TopFloor Limited is hiring a Growth and Partnerships Associate in Lusaka, Zambia. This is an on-site contract role supporting revenue growth, sales targets, new partnerships and client retention. The associate will help implement the firm’s growth strategy, develop pitches, build brand visibility, maintain client relationships and guide junior staff and interns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce; at least two years of relevant experience with a demonstrable track record; Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills; practical business development and relationship management ability; strong planning, communication and self-management; and a valid driver’s licence.
