### Job Description

Janta Kenya is looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

### The role will involve

Handling sales calls, WhatsApp enquiries and emails

Conducting online sales meetings

Following up leads, quotations and proposals

Qualifying prospects and identifying client needs

Selling Janta’s recruitment, HR, business support and consulting services

Maintaining an active sales pipeline and closing business

### Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales or business development

Strong telephone and communication skills

Excellent written communication and email etiquette

Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills

Experience selling B2B or professional services is an added advantage
