VACANCY: TECHNOLOGY AND SYSTEMS MANAGERLocation: Accra, Ghana | Type: Full-Time | Level: Senior Management | Ref: VDCS/2026/TSM/002The Technology and Systems Manager is responsible for managing the design, deployment, security, and integrityof Velox's entire technology infrastructure

- including the mobile lending application, USSD platform, web portal,cloud infrastructure, and all system integrations (MoMo APIs, credit bureau, NIA biometric verification). This is a KeyManagement Function under the BoG Directive for Digital Credit Service Providers, 2025.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all technology systems, platforms, and digital channelsEnsure 99.5%+ platform uptime and robust disaster recovery capabilityLead cybersecurity, data protection, and system access managementManage third-party technology vendors, including the platform providerImplement and maintain the ICT and Cyber Security Policy (Cybersecurity Act, 2020 -Act 1038; BoG ICT standards)Report system risks, incidents, and performance metrics to the CEO and Risk CommitteeMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in technology management, of which at least 3 years at senior level in a financial services, fintech, or digital payments environmentProven experience with mobile application development, USSD platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and API integrationsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and financial sector ICT requirementsMust satisfy the Bank of Ghana's Fit and Proper Person requirements under Act 774 and BoG Directive, 2025Familiarity with Ghana's Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772), and Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)DESIRABLEProfessional certifications: CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure Certified, PMP, or equivalentExperience with MoMo API integrations (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and digital credit platformsHOW TO APPLY
