Technical Solution Analyst

Job description

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and solutions-driven Technical Solutions Analyst to join our Technical Engineering Practice. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation. You will provide analytical and technical design support across systems, applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise IT standards. Responsibilities: Analyse business and technical requirements and design feasible, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.Bridge the gap between business needs, system architecture, technical design, and implementation.Develop and maintain solution design documentation, including system interfaces, integration points, dependencies, and technical specifications.Ensure proposed solutions comply with Group IT architecture, security, governance, and technology standards.Design and support the integration of applications, systems, data, and infrastructure to deliver cohesive and reliable solutions.Evaluate solutions for performance, high availability, security, scalability, and cost effectiveness.Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors throughout the solution lifecycle.Qualifications and experience: BCom, BSc, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT environment.Experience in software and data design.Proven experience in system design and integration.Experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms.Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering technology projects.Experience working with multiple technical and business stakeholders.Solution and system designApplication and data integrationCloud platformsData architecture and modellingMicrosoft Azure and/or AWSThe reference number for this position is NG61543 which is a permanent, Hybrid role in Cape Town, offering a salary of up to R850k per annum salary negotiable based on experience.
