Keru Solar Limited, a distributor of Tier 1 solar energy solutions, is expanding its footprint in Kenya and seeking commercially driven, technically competent Technical Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

### Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of inverters and lithium battery storage systems.

- Develop relationships with solar installers and EPC contractors.

- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.

- Provide technical support, system sizing, quotations, and proposals.

- Support C&I and residential solar solution sales.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

- 3–5+ years of experience in solar technical sales.

- Strong knowledge of hybrid inverters, BESS, and solar PV systems.

- Experience with Tier 1 brands, distributors, EPCs, or solar installers.

- Demonstrated C&I sales experience, particularly inverters and BESS.

- Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
