Technical Sales (Construction) | c.€90k OTE & JeepDublin | Hybrid WorkingICDS are recruiting a Sales Representative to join a leading international provider of scaffolding, access solutions, formwork and temporary works systems serving Ireland's construction, data centre, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to develop relationships with some of Ireland's largest construction contractors and project stakeholders across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.We are recruiting a Sales Representative to join a leading international provider of scaffolding, access solutions, formwork and temporary works systems serving Ireland's growing construction, data centre, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to develop relationships with some of Ireland's largest construction contractors and project stakeholders across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.The RoleDevelop and grow business with main contractors, subcontractors and project teams.Promote access, scaffolding, formwork and temporary works solutions.Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings.Build relationships with key decision-makers and identify new project opportunities.Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions.The Person3–5 years' B2B or technical sales experience.Ideally gained within construction, access equipment, temporary works, civils, building products or a related sector.Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.Comfortable engaging with site managers, project directors and procurement teams.Full driving licence required.PackageBasic salary: €65,000 – €70,000+ DOEUncapped commission and bonus structureOn Target Earnings circa €90,000+Company vehicleHybrid working flexibilityCareer progression with a recognised industry leaderFor a confidential discussion, connect with Barry Kelly on LinkedIn, email barry.kelly@icds.ie & visit ICDS Group www.icds.ie/build
