## Job Description

Requirements:
A minimum of a diploma in Information Technology or a related field at NQF level 6.Microsoft certified professional certification in enterprise administrator (MCITP-EA) is preferred.Up to 5 years of experience in Information Technology.Experience supervising or overseeing IT user support.Experience supervising or overseeing IT operations.Experience supervising or overseeing project coordination and support services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise desktop support technicians, ensuring service quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.Oversee incident management and act as an escalation point for user support issues.Collaborate with the Johannesburg office to ensure seamless IT support for the regional office.Oversee IT asset procurement and administration, including secure stockroom management.Manage service provider relationships to ensure IT services meet agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).Provide end-to-end operational and technical support, including advice on IT projects.Oversee IT project implementation and resourcing.Drive the deployment of new applications in the regional office.Lead technical support for VCAV solutions.Document and maintain IT-related procedures.Participate in the IT operations committee.
