- Apply a thorough understanding of IB criterion-based assessment practices

- Use varied, well-documented formative and summative assessments to evidence student learning

- Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Conferences, supporting parents in understanding their child’s progress

Professional Growth and School Support

- Reflect on and continuously improve teaching practice, learning from evidence and from colleagues

- Take ownership of personal professional development and pursue growth opportunities

- Serve as a Homeroom Tutor, offering academic and pastoral support to students

- Mentor students in Service as Action (SA) / CAS projects, connecting Design to community engagement

- Contribute actively to a co-curricular club and support school trips as required

### The requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or a Bachelor’s Degree Computer Design/Technology with a teaching qualification

- IB certification in Design (MYP and/or DP) is highly desirable

- Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)
