## Job Description

Role Requirements

- We are looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant, or someone with equivalent experience in finance systems, reporting or finance operations.

- The successful candidate will bring a strong practical understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, reporting cycles and ERP/accounting systems, ideally Unit4.

- They will have experience working with finance users to understand requirements and translate them into practical systems, process or reporting solutions, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

- Experience supporting finance transformation, system implementation or upgrade projects is important, as is the ability to manage work, coordinate stakeholders and improve processes.

- We are looking for someone analytical, detail-focused and practical, who can communicate clearly with both finance and technical colleagues, support users through change, and work confidently across teams, countries and cultures.
