### SUPPORT OFFICER – IT & PAYROLL/HR SOLUTIONS

Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract

### JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, technically minded and customer-focused Support Officer to join our growing Payroll and HR Solutions team.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide first-line technical support to clients using payroll, HRIS and time & attendance systems.

- Assist clients with system configuration, user access, system navigation and troubleshooting.

- Respond to client queries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.

- Investigate and resolve software-related issues and escalate complex technical matters to the relevant technical team.

- Conduct user training and demonstrations on payroll and HR systems.

- Assist with data imports, employee records, system updates and basic data validation.

- Maintain a high level of client confidentiality, particularly when handling employee and payroll information.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client issues are followed through to resolution.

### SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology or a related field.

- At least 1–2 years’ experience in IT support, software support, helpdesk support or a similar role.

- Experience supporting business applications or ERP/HR/payroll systems will be an added advantage.
