## Job Description

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics, monitoring order accuracy and delivery performance, resolving customer delivery issues, optimising transport costs and routes, managing third-party transporters, leading the order processing and dispatch team, improving logistics processes, and driving digitalisation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Procurement and Supplies Management, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

### Role Summary

 We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Supply Chain professional to lead our Order Fulfilment & Logistics function. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, dispatched efficiently and delivered on time and at an optimised cost.

### Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and drive key service indicators including OTIF, order accuracy, delivery lead times and pending orders.

- Manage and resolve customer complaints related to order processing, dispatch and delivery, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Monitor and optimize transport and logistics costs, vehicle utilization, route efficiency and third-party transporter performance.

- Lead and develop the Order Processing, Dispatch & Logistics team, driving productivity, accountability, accuracy and achievement of agreed KPIs.

- Drive automation, digitisation and process-improvement initiatives across order processing, dispatch, POD management and logistics.

- Identify manual and repetitive activities that can be automated or simplified and measure the benefits achieved through time savings, cost reduction, improved turnaround times and reduced errors.

- Drive effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM and other digital tools to improve process visibility, data accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Provide timely performance reporting, identify operational gaps and implement corrective and continuous-improvement actions.

### Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Procurement & Supplies Management or a related field from a recognised institution.

- At least 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a busy manufacturing environment, including experience in a senior position.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of inventory management practices, including ABC analysis and cycle counting.

- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software.

- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, logistical and problem-solving skills.
