The Supervisor-Agriculture position is a seasonal, part-time role reporting directly to the Farm Supervisor. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing farm operations, coordinating labor, and ensuring the effective implementation of field plans.
Key Responsibilities
for Supervisor Agriculture Jobs in Mazabuka Implement field plans as directed by the Farm Supervisor and execute weekly farm activities. Supervise daily labor teams, ensuring discipline and effective communication between workers and management. Maintain accurate records of labor man-days, attendance, production figures, and incident reports. Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the Farm Supervisor. Promote and enforce health and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and conducting safety briefings. Monitor team performance, motivate workers to meet targets, and identify areas requiring corrective action or support. Implement the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management policies within the section.
Qualifications
and Experience Required Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five credits. Diploma in General Agriculture. Minimum of one year’s relevant experience in a similar role. Registration with the Zambia Institute of Agriculture. Must be a Zambian citizen holding a Green National Registration Card. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic leadership and people management capabilities. Practical knowledge of agricultural field tasks such as harvesting, weeding, planting, and spraying. Physically demanding role involving extensive walking and standing across large field areas. Field-based position requiring close collaboration with large teams and daily reporting to the supervisor.
