Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track re-order points, and conduct routine cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory.
• Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, checking for damages, discrepancies, and proper quality.
• Storage & Organization: Allocate bin locations, ensure safety standards and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Stock Issuance: Issue goods based on authorized requisitions and maintain accountability/traceability of items.
• Record Keeping: Update inventory systems, generate stock status reports, and collaborate with Finance during audits and reconciliation
• Qualification & Experience Required: Diploma/ Degree in Stores Management or related field of study with at least one-year work experience in Stores Management.
