Role overview: We are seeking passionate Store Associates to join our Cape Town retail team in Somerset West Mall and Canal Walk Mall.  Key responsibilities customer serviceWelcome and assist customers professionally. Provide product information and refer customers requiring skin consultations to a Somatologist or Skin Specialist. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Store operationsMaintain store cleanliness and presentation. Replenish shelves and merchandise products. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Follow company policies and SOPs. Stock controlAssist with receiving and packing stock. Participate in stock counts. Report damaged or missing stock. Team supportSupport the store manager and supervisor. Complete daily assigned tasks. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Core ompetenciesCucstomer focus Teamwork Communication Accountability Attention to detail Professionalism Reliability Performance expectations The Store Associate is expected to:Deliver excellent customer service. Maintain high store standards. Follow company policies and procedures. Support daily operational requirements. Contribute positively to the achievement of store goals.

Requirements
