## Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Stock Analyst to support our growing retail operations by monitoring inventory movement, analysing stock performance, and helping ensure the right stock is available across branches.

### Key Responsibilities

- Monitor supplier-wise stock allocation, movement, and consignment performance.

- Analyse branch stock levels, demand patterns, and six-month stock support needs.

- Coordinate stock rotation, consolidation, and branch refills based on slow- and fast-moving items.

- Support forecasting, ordering charts, purchase orders, and follow-up on deliveries.

- Generate inventory reports, stock performance updates, and assigned KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

- 2–4 years’ experience in stock analysis, inventory management, supply chain, or similar role.

- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse systems.

- Retail or FMCG experience is an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and stock analysis.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

- Good understanding of ERP and inventory systems.

- Strong numerical and analytical ability.

- Good reporting and presentation skills.

- Sound knowledge of stock control procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Stock record accuracy.

- Low stock variances and reduced stock losses.

- Strong stock availability and inventory turnover.

- Reduced ageing and obsolete stock.

- Accurate reporting, reconciliations, and audit compliance.
