The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Lexo Energy is a retail company offering the service of operating retail service stations with the aim of becoming the retail operator of choice and dominate the service station dealership and management space. We are currently working and managing service stations for the top Petroleum brands in Kenya, namely Shell, Total, Rubis and OLA.
Job Description
The Station Supervisor Intern shall undergo vigorous training and hands-on exposure to operational excellence, inventory management, cash controls, customer service, safety compliance, team coordination, and brand standards. The role also entails supporting day-to-day operations in the service station with clear growth path to be a Station Manager.
Qualification
- Academic qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, Economics or a business related field.
- Experience-previous experience in Oil & Gas is an added advantage.
- Self driven individual with high integrity.
- Leadership Skills: a. Possesses strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage staff and oversee day-to-day operations. b. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and third parties.
- Organizational Skills: a. Ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Customer Service Skills-Customer centric to guarantee customer growth, satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Financial Acumen-Basic understanding of financial concepts such as profit and loss statements.
- Problem solving Skills- Ability to quickly identify and address operational issues, resolve any complaints received and make sound decisions.
- Computer Skills-Proficiency in computer use, namely basic office applications, Point of sale (POS) and the Forecourt Management systems (FMS).
