### STATION MANAGER

- Mazabuka

- Kafue

- Senga Hill

- Chembe

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver excellent customer service and promote customer loyalty.

- Supervise, train, motivate, and manage staff performance, schedules, and development.

- Oversee daily station operations, ensuring efficient service, adequate stock, equipment functionality, cleanliness, and safety.

- Drive fuel and LPG sales while managing cash flow, transactions, costs, losses, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards, particularly in fuel and LPG handling and storage.

- Manage inventory through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and loss-prevention controls.

- Maintain accurate operational, sales, inventory, payment, and financial records, and report discrepancies or irregularities.

### QUALIFICATIONS

- Tertiary Certificate in Business Management, Marketing or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, or operations in the oil and gas industry or FMCG sector.
