Our client in Hospitality, is looking for a Spa Manager  to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality Industry.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellent service standards.

- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.

- Develop staff schedules and oversee daily operations.

- Monitor inventory and order spa products and supplies.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

- Drive revenue through promotions, memberships, and retail product sales.

- Prepare operational reports and manage the spa budget.

- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests.

### Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Good business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and operational targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with spa booking systems is an added advantage.

- Professional appearance with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
