Software Tester / QA Engineer conducting quality testing for website and digital customer workflows including regression testing and defect tracking, requiring minimum 3 years professional software testing or QA engineering experience and hands-on experience with Postman or equivalent API testing tools, in a property technology environment, on-site role.

Job Summary

You will conduct comprehensive quality testing for NestVest’s website and digital customer workflows before every production release, with primary focus on property data accuracy, enquiry submission channels and CRM lead handover integrity. You will own test documentation, defect tracking, regression testing and release risk assessment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop, update and maintain structured test cases, test plans and release checklists for all core product modules.

- Conduct cross-browser & cross-device mobile/desktop layout testing for property search, listing detail pages and all interactive forms.

- Validate full enquiry pipelines: web enquiry forms, WhatsApp lead links, CRM data handover and marketing source attribution tracking.

- Execute full regression testing after bug fixes, feature updates and platform releases.

- Log defects with complete reproduction steps, screenshot/video evidence, severity classification and expected correct behaviour.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify all resolved defects before production sign-off.

- Flag critical release risks proactively and provide full supporting test evidence to the product team.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years professional software testing / QA engineering experience.

- Strong manual end-to-end web application testing capabilities.

- Practical experience with cross-browser, mobile device testing, REST API testing and bug tracking management tools.

- Hands-on experience using Postman or equivalent API testing tools.

- Ability to write clear, repeatable test cases and accurately reproduce complex functional defects.

- Bonus: Practical test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks.

- Exceptional attention to detail and clear written communication for test & defect documentation.

Performance KPIs

- All core user workflows fully tested and validated prior to every production release

- Complete, standardised documentation of all test results and logged defects

- No critical unresolved defects approved for release without formal management written approval

- Full regression testing completed for all relevant bug fixes and feature deployments
