- Riset Software & Systems Ltd is looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Software Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating our software solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and businesses.
- Conduct professional software presentations and live product demonstrations.
- Clearly explain software features, benefits, and business value to customers.
- Generate leads through field marketing, calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate software solution.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team where necessary.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, demonstrations, and sales activities.
- Work towards assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good understanding of computers and software.
- Ability to learn software products quickly and demonstrate them professionally.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
- Previous experience in software sales, IT sales, POS/ERP sales, digital marketing, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
