Kuma Investments is looking for an experienced, driven, and reliable Site Manager to oversee operations at our Chipangali Mine in Chipata. If you are a strong leader with a background in quarrying or stone mining, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily on-site granite mining operations and supervise crew members.

- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Manage site resources, heavy machinery, and production schedules efficiently.

- Report progress, challenges, and milestones directly to management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the mining or quarrying sector.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Deep understanding of safety protocols and operational compliance.

- Ability to relocate to or work in Chipata.
