OVERVIEWMandau Contractors Limited, a growing construction company based in Ntcheu, Malawi, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Site Engineer.Application Deadline: Friday, 9th October 2026POSITION: SITE ENGINEER (2 POSITIONS)JOB TYPE: Full TimeKEY REQUIREMENTSQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.Relevant professional registration will be an added advantage.Demonstrable experience in building construction and site supervision.Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.Strong communication, reporting, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Proficiency in relevant engineering/construction software will be an added advantage.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and coordinate construction works on site.Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and approved work programmes.Monitor quality, workmanship, materials, and construction progress.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance on site.Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements.Maintain accurate site records, measurements, and documentation.Assist with project quantities, measurements, and progress assessments.Liaise with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, consultants, and client representatives.HOW TO APPLYInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit:Application Letter.Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV/Resume).Copies of Academic and Professional Certificates.Applications should be sent by email to:Email: mandaucontractors@gmail.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
