JOB OPPORTUNITY | FIDELIS CONSTRUCTION LIMITEDFidelis Construction Limited, a fast-growing construction company specializing in building construction, maintenance works and civil engineering projects across Malawi, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:SITE CLERK — 30 POSITIONSReporting to: Site AdministratorMinimum Requirements: Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) Diploma in any field, preferably Business Administration, Business Management, Social Work or a related field, will be an added advantage Strong administrative, organizational and record-keeping skills Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalismKey duties include:• Maintaining site records and documentation• Recording daily site activities• Managing delivery notes, timesheets and inventory records• Receiving and verifying materials delivered to the site• Maintaining stock and inventory registers• Preparing monthly site reports• Maintaining photographic records of site activities• Supporting general site administration and coordinationHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should submit an application letter, detailed CV and copies of relevant certificates to:Human Resource ManagerFidelis Construction LimitedP.O.
