## Job Description

Hands-on shift management within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment - flat and SO Bags

Shift work involved. 
Matric/N3 plus recognised apprenticeship in bag making or a Flexo graphic qualification A high level of numeracy and literacy;Min of 3 to 5 to years' relevant shift supervision experience gained in the flexible bag manufacturing environment, with hands on experience gained working with SO Bag and Flat bag machines/ strong hands on technical experience gained in the flexo label printing industryGood technical knowledge of bag making machines - Flat, SO BagPrevious production management and staff supervisory experience gained in the flexible packaging/label printing sector Able to work shifts and overtimeOwn transport, valid license
