Service Station Manager overseeing daily operations of a service station and driving sales, stock management and customer service, requiring a diploma or degree in Business Management or Sales & Marketing and proven experience managing a service station or retail outlet, in a fuel retail environment, on-site role in Karen. We are looking for a competent, experienced, and results-driven Service Station Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service station, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of sales targets. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage the daily operations of the service station. - Supervise, motivate, and coordinate station staff. - Monitor fuel and lubricant sales and stock levels. - Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally. - Monitor cash handling, sales reconciliation, and daily reporting. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies. - Implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and station presentation. - Prepare and submit regular operational and sales reports. ### Qualifications & Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or another relevant field. - Proven experience in managing a service station, retail outlet, or similar business environment. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. - Good knowledge of sales, stock management, and cash handling. - Ability to lead and motivate a team. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
