## Job Description

VACANCIES OCTOBER 2026 BLANTYRE AND LILONGWEWe invite applications from qualified, committed candidates to strengthen our automotive sales and aftersales teams.Vacancies are available in Blantyre (Limbe) and Lilongwe.SERVICE ADVISORSReports to: Workshop ManagerManage bookings, recieve vehicles, record customer concerns accurately and open complete job cards.Prepare estimates with the workshop and parts teams, obtain customer approval before work proceeds, and provide progress and cost updates.Track jobs through to completion, coordinate accurate invoicing and vehicle release under approved payment or credit arrangements, and support warranty documentation.Explain completed work at handover, follow up on satisfaction and future servicing, and maintain accurate electronic service records.Requirements: At least three years of relevant automotive workshop or service-advisory experience; a relevant automotive qualification or equivalent demonstrated service-advisory experience; strong technical understanding, organisation, computer literacy and customer communication skills.Standards for all rolesApplicants must demonstrate integrity, initiative, teamwork and care of customer property, Successful candidates must follow safety and company procedures, maintain accurate records, attend training and be available for scheduled overtime or weekend work when required under agreed employment terms.Shortlisted candidates will undertake a practical or role-based assessment.How to applySubmit an application letter, CV and contact details of two traceable referees.State the position and your preferred branch in the email subject line or on the envelope.Address applications to:The Chief Executive Officer,Mike Appel and Gatto Limited,P.O.
