Sasol seeks a Senior Specialist Sourcing Intelligence in Sandton, South Africa (requisition 13398). The role analyses economic data, price indices and commodity markets to inform sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations. Responsibilities include building cost and price-index models, using predictive analytics, maintaining sourcing-intelligence dashboards, and developing a framework for reusable market insights. Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or econometrics; a relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous. At least nine years of experience in an economic environment, including work with economic indices and commodity markets. Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; understanding of SharePoint and Power BI; experience using AI tools to improve sourcing intelligence and reporting.
