A dynamic and fast-moving business within the insurance and financial services sector is looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about technology, AI and digital innovation to transform customer experiences. - Bring structure to ambiguity and keep delivery moving.
- Challenge, influence and negotiate when required.
- Manage risks, budgets, resources, timelines and scope.
- Keep the customer and business outcome at the centre of delivery.
- Understand how emerging technologies, particularly AI, can support better customer experiences and business performance.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ Project Management experience.
- Experience managing digital transformation, CX, technology or AI-related projects.
- Project Management certification/accreditations
- Financial/Insurance industry experienceÂ
