Key Responsibilities

• Grow Assets Under Management (AUM), liabilities, investments, revenue, and overall portfolio profitability in line with agreed targets.
• Drive acquisition and retention of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients while increasing share of wallet within the portfolio.
• Develop and implement holistic wealth management and lifestyle solutions tailored to clients’ personal, family, business, and lifestyle objectives, providing advisory support across investments, estate planning, luxury assets, exclusive experiences, and other bespoke Private Banking needs.
•  Provide investment advisory services across local and international opportunities to support wealth creation and preservation.
• Advise clients on succession planning, estate planning, wealth structuring, and other long-term wealth preservation strategies.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor by maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ evolving financial needs and conducting regular portfolio reviews.
• Deliver proactive, insights-driven recommendations that respond to changing market conditions and client circumstances.
• Coordinate specialist expertise across investment, insurance, tax, and other advisory services to provide integrated wealth solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic networking, referral partnerships, and collaboration with Corporate and Commercial Banking teams.
• Ensure exceptional client service by coordinating end-to-end execution, advocating for clients’ needs, and maintaining premium service standards

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage and Grow High-Net-Worth Client Relationships: Conduct regular client visits, handle enquiries, understand client needs, and provide tailored banking, investment, and wealth management solutions.
• Drive Private Banking Sales and Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities to acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, cross-sell relevant products, and grow assets under management and revenue.
• Monitor Client Experience and Service Delivery: Track customer journeys, resolve service issues, ensure timely fulfillment of requests, and enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Analyse Client Insights and Recommend Solutions: Review customer behaviour, transactional trends, and market developments to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Coordinate Stakeholders and Ensure Compliance: Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Marketing, IT, and Product teams) and external partners to deliver client solutions while ensuring adherence to regulatory, compliance, and service standard

Academic & Professional Qualifications
