Who are weWe are a creative team delivering standout brand and packaging solutions that bring brands to life, strengthen brand identity and support our clients’ marketing objectives.Who are we looking forWe are looking for a conceptually strong Senior Packaging Designer with at least 6 years of experience in brand and packaging design, from initial concept development through to final production-ready artwork. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, excellent technical print knowledge and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality work across multiple brands.What will you doConceptualise and develop creative brand and packaging designs across multiple brandsDesign and roll out packaging and print materials from concept to finished artworkEnsure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity guidelinesCreate 3D mockups and renders for presentationsEnsure artwork meets print specifications and technical standardsCollaborate with traffic, client service, clients and creative teams to meet briefs and deadlinesManage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional design qualityMentor junior designers and DTP team membersWhat do you needA degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Art Direction, or a proven track record in retail brand and packaging designAt least 6 years of graphic design experience, specifically in brand and packaging designStrong conceptual, creative and design skillsProven experience taking concepts through to final production-ready artworkExcellent knowledge of print production and technical standardsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and PhotoshopAbility to create 3D mockups and rendersPhoto retouching and editing skills would be advantageousExcellent attention to detail, organisation and time managementAbility to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
