Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic and hands-on oversight of the company’s nursery and farm activities. The role will provide leadership to the operations team while ensuring efficient, compliant, and results-driven operations.

### Key Responsibilities

### The ideal candidate will be responsible for

- Managing and providing leadership to the operations team.

- Ensuring the company’s operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed.

- Developing and implementing operational strategies and action plans to achieve company goals.

- Monitoring and analyzing operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement.

- Identifying and managing operational risks and developing appropriate contingency plans.

- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to operations.

- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, customers, and central and county governments.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field.

- Knowledge of Business Administration or a related field will be a distinct advantage.

- Previous experience in a senior operations management role.

- Proven track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.

- Understanding of financial principles and budget management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
