As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening Lifecare’s brand presence in Kenya, and generating measurable commercial impact through innovative marketing strategies, digital campaigns, partnerships, and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support new business acquisition.
• Planning and managing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
• Identifying and developing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events, and activations to expand market reach.
• Strengthening Lifecare’s brand positioning and identifying opportunities for growth in the Kenyan market.
• Collaborating with the New Business and Customer Experience teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.
• Monitoring campaign performance, lead conversion, and return on investment (ROI) to optimise marketing effectiveness.
• Working closely with the Group Marketing team to adapt campaigns and resources to the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including hands-on campaign planning and execution.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, events, partnerships, or sponsorships.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other relationship-driven sectors is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM tools, audience targeting, and campaign performance measurement.
• Excellent project management, communication, creative problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to translate marketing activities into measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing skills.
